The Story Behind Our Foundation

K.P. Vivekananda Memorial School was founded in 2016 under the aegis of KP Memorial Welfare Society with a vision to serve society through quality education and value-based learning.
The institution was established in loving memory of Late Kargeng Perme, whose life, values, and commitment to humanity continue to inspire our mission. To further strengthen this vision, the name “Vivekananda” was embraced in honor of Swami Vivekananda, whose philosophy on education, character building, self-discipline, and service to humanity remains a guiding light for our institution.
Inspired by his timeless words, “Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man,” we believe that every child possesses unique potential waiting to be discovered and nurtured.
With the aim of rendering meaningful service to society, our school was founded not merely as an educational institution, but as a place where young minds are enlightened, strong character is built, leadership is nurtured, and future generations are prepared to contribute positively to the world.
